I discovered my spare house key was either lost or taken and I and needed to have my front door lock re-keyed ASAP. Rick responded right away and scheduled an appointment for me the following afternoon. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, rekeyed my lock quickly, gave me new keys and was reasonably priced.
