- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upfront no additional fees! Flat hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Show up at the pick up address. Greet the customer with a smile and introduce the morning crew for their job. Cover door jambs with blankets carried into home. Blanket and shrink wrap all items in home. Disassemble necessary furniture. Place hardware in secure location, whether on items or in parts box. Secure paintings, mirrors, and tvs in safe place. (Normally between mattresses) Complete move in a professional, timely, and efficient manor. Ask homeowner upon completion to do a final walk through of the home before departure. Coordinate with customer travel plans to drop off. Reverse order while at new home. Be sure to ask if there is anything additional we could help with or recommend to adjust into new home.
