I had been searching for over a year for a photographer to do my boudoir pix, something I had wanted to do for my 50th birthday. I kept coming back to Artistic Images. From the moment Victoria met me in the driveway, to the last shot with Denise was absolutely comfortable. I by no means am model material, but Victoria did an absoulte fabulous job with my makeup and hair. I looked in the mirrow and all I could think was "WOW!" With Denise's directions with posing me...I must say I felt I did pretty well. The pictures are so beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I travelled from the high desert to Ojai for the photo shoot, and it was truly worth it. Thank you Denise & Victoria for making my one of a kind experience truly wonderful!

I will never forget my very first glamour photo session with Denise , I was feeling nervous and unsure of what to expect, as I was placing yourself in the hands of the hairstylist and makeup artist. But as she asked me how I wanted my hair and make up to look like in the pictures, I started feeling relaxed. This is not only because she is a professional, but also very friendly, so I realized it was going to be a day in which I needed to let others take care of pampering me for the day. I went through the same feelings talking to the photographer, Denise Adamo, we worked together with the wardrobe I choose to wear, and the different scenarios. I let her know how I felt about certain poses, and she respected my wishes by never pressuring me to pose in ways that I didnt felt comfortable with. We also included outfits, and poses that we knew my husband was going to love.During the session I felt like the center of attention, better yet, she knew how to bring out my inner fabulous. Denise helped me achieved this mind- blowing awesomeness by adjusting me into poses that absolutely flattered my body, while creating that lighting that highlighted my curves so well. The best part? I felt totally comfortable in front of the camera, loving every single hour I spent with her. When I went back to see the pictures, I was going to get the smaller package, but when my husband saw the pictures, he bought them all. It was such a spectacular experience, that I actually went back for a second amazing session. After all, why not? Not only did we talk about the medical condition I was going through, but also what I wanted to be in those pictures. How I wanted to remember that important moment in my life. My beautiful portraits are now timeless, in twenty years from now I will be able to appreciate not only how good I looked, but also the memories of how felt in both sessions. And this is something that money cant buy.

My boyfriend and I were talking about doing a sexy photo shoot. We looked around in our area. I came up with a few local people, but every time i would look at their photos it felt like something was missing. So, after many hours of talking back and forth with people, I looked at him and told him about the experience I had with a woman named Denise, who works for Artistic Images, in California.We then went through my photos and he fell in love with her work. He asked if she retouched my photos. I told him no. She is just that good at what she does, which is capturing a womans beauty. So when I knew I was coming home, I called her and told her how I really wanted to work with her again. Here I am, after a second shoot with her, and I am really happy with the results of the photos I got to see.Hair and MakeupI loved how the makeup artist was so friendly. She made it really easy for me to trust her and to know I was in good hands. She was very professional. I remember asking her if she could make me pretty. When i went into the bathroom to look at my self in the mirror I had a hard time not screaming with excitement, because I was that happy with what i saw. Pretty does not even begin to cover it. She made me beautiful, and I felt it. My hair added to it. She did such a great job. I was very happy with my hair and makeup.ExperienceWhen I got to the studio i was greeted by Denise. She had a very warm smile. I was then given a tour of the grounds. We sat outside and talked a little bit about what I wanted from, and what I was hoping to get out of this shoot. I recently got engaged and I wanted to give my newly fiance something special to return the favor. I searched a few different sites and all of the photos I browsed looked tacky and cheap. I was starting to feel discouraged about this idea until I came across Artistic images photography. The photos looked organic and beautiful! When I called, Denise was very professional and the conversation left me feeling great about the situation. I arrived to my Ocean front photo shoot and was blown away by the breath taking view and room! I was feeling timid on the car ride there but once I arrived I was feeling excited and Denise was so warm and inviting, I felt like I knew her forever! I'm very particular with doing my own hair and makeup and by the time Denise and her makeup artist were done with me, I felt like a million bucks! WOW!!! AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Those are the words that come in to mind when I think of my experience with Denise at Artistic Images Photography. I had been receiving emails from them for years and I finally told myself Im going to do it.when Denise called me after leaving a message, she answered all my questions and assured me. that I not fear any insecurities I may have (Im not at my ideal weight).When I arrived, I was met by Ashley the make -up artist, she was GREAT! She asked me how I wanted my hair and make- up and to be hones I had no clue, so I told her I was in her handsWOW WOW WOW I looked AMAZING!!!!! The Studio/House is nothing Ive ever experienced beforeevery room had a different theme/color scheme, simply beautiful. Denise went through the outfits I had brought and picked out which ones I should start with, I was still feeling a little nervous and self- conscience, but she put me at ease within seconds She has such a creative eye and shes able to bring her vision to lifeshe showed me some of the pics as we were going and I couldnt believe the person looking back at me was ME.I felt so beautiful and looked so AMAZING!!!! I have a degree in photography and video but to be honest it just comes natural to me. Having 23 years of experience has alone helped me to hone my skills to the perfection I offer in all my work.

I've worked with all types of clients from every industry. My clients are dentists, lawyers, realtors, artist's, musicians, children, men, woman and actors. Although boudoir photography had been the majority of my work since I created the genre in 1997, I have experience in every genre of photography and video. As you can see my work represents years of various types of photography and videos. I started out shooting boudoir photo's in New York in 1997. My customers vary from married women looking to give their significant other a unique gift, to single ladies looking to boost their self-confidence. Customers come to me for headshots, music videos, weddings, real estate and even dating sites. I am located in sunny California where I opened my photo studio in Huntington Beach in 1999.
