- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive, and I offer the best quality of service at my price. I know there are people who can do the work cheaper, however, I offer experience, professionalism, and quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I pride myself on high levels of customer service by demonstrating with each customer the same level of high support. I always listen to all customer needs and help them to make the right decision if necessary. I'm building relationships, I am always on time, professional, and in constant phone/text or email with a customer. I do not treat any customer as a customer, but as a friend, I am very friendly and easygoing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am FAA certified drone pilot It is illegal to do any aerial services without 107 ( drone pilot) license. I am insured up to $2M When we talk about photography, I have been photographing landscape, cityscape and real estate for many years.
