- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are comparable if not better than commercial accounting firms like H&R Block, except, we have trained expert CPAs working on your accounting. Undoubtably, we'll do a better job than a non-CPA.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a kick off interview, collect/review your documents, review with our full team, review with the client, and submit to the IRS when you're satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA from CSUN. BS in Accounting from Cal Poly. Scored 100% on the CPA exam on first try, only 3% of CPAs do this.
