- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the scope of the video project, I will charge per day, per hour for shooting and editing, or per minute of finished video.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients who are looking for an experienced professional to guide them to an excellent finished project: I like to dialog via a phone call to explore more of their vision and to offer suggestions from my repertoire. Then we can arrive at a mutual understanding of what will be involved and settle on a final price. For clients who are more experienced, I can take their direction and respond with excellent quality and turnaround times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On-the-job training with an industry professional since 2009. On-going live classroom and Internet courses in shooting and editing. I love learning new processes and techniques that I can incorporate into my work that will "wow" my clients!
