I don’t normally leave long reviews but this one will be for the fact that there’s to many positive things readers should know. USA Web Development has been working on my website and seo for around three years now. I must say by far the best I’ve used. The other two were large companies that you pay a ton for little to almost no results. Well that was atleast my experience with both. USA got me calls within two weeks from working with a messed up everything from previous company. Great guy and company. There’s not a lot of company’s out there were I feel the owners truly care about there customers and I know this company owner truly does care about each and everyone of his customers. Affordable and far this company is. Also is easy to get a hold of and answers questions or gives me advise on what I should do to draw in more traffic for my own personal business. USA is really a one stop shop. There is so many more positive subjects I could talk about but I’ll wrap this up before it turns into a novel. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a complicated pricing system as all my pricing is a flat fee rate. I do not include any hidden or monthly fees for website development.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make our process as simple as possible: 1. We collect your info. 2. Send us 3 examples of websites you like. 3. From there we will start to design a mock up of a custom website. 4. We will then start to collect your ideas on revisions and changes. 5. Once we have finished all the revisions, we will do a final check to make sure we have provided a website to 110% of your satisfaction. 6. We will start to test the website to make sure all of the components work correctly. 7. We then will send over all back ups and files of your complete website. We turn over everything to you as the website is 100% yours. There is no monthly fees with us or hidden charges.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay in touch with all the latest Google updates and coding updates daily. I stay in touch with the latest and greatest through forums, blogs, news feeds and social media.
