Good price and great results. If I could, I would give 4.5 stars as there is one area of improvement I feel compelled to note. I understand not all people are animal people, but as someone who comes into people's homes with pets I would have appreciated a little more patience with dealing with my cat. I thought I communicated to Conrad that I'd leave her in the bedroom until he was ready to clean that area and then would move her into the bathroom as I didn't want to keep her locked in there the entire time. I didn't get a warning and all of the sudden my cat came flying out of the bedroom. Luckily I caught her before she scurried out the front door (which had to be open so the waterline could get to the machine—totally understandable) and ended up holding her outside for 20 min. or so while Connor finished up. That being said, I understand this could have been a communication issue on my end and I will still hire Pioneer's in the future for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

My first initial conversation was great with Jose. He said he wanted to beat a previous quote ($180 house clean only) that I was given. Provided his reviews and the offer, I accepted. We set a time for him to preview the home that needed the move out cleaning and I learned then that he also offered carpet cleaning as well. So I asked him to quote that too. He came and gave me the updated price of 200 for the cleaning and 100 for carpet cleaning. I stated that the property needed to be completed before the 9th which was the day my client/sister needed to hand over her keys. So we scheduled for the 7th at 8 am. On the 6th I called Jose to confirm since I didn't not get a reminder from him. When we spoke he thought our appointment was for the 9th. I reminded him it was tomorrow the 7th 8 am. He said he wasn't able to do it at that time anymore and if I could please be okay with the 8th. I, at that point, was already having concerns now for my client/sister. After discussing the new date with her we agreed to move forward and go with the new date of the 8th at 1pm for cleaners and approx. 4pm for carpets. The next day i got a call again thst his original clea ers were not able to make it nut that he was syill anle to get a replacement crew. OK fine I guess. No changes in time or anything. The cleaning crew came as expected and were great. They seemed very hard working. I had stopped in through out the cleaning time frame and handed the crew leader the $200 portion for the cleaning only and asked her to text or call me when carpet guy arrived. Instead I received a call yet again from Jose saying the carpet cleaner can only do the 9th. I was upset but he made me feel at ease by saying they would be there 8 am sharp and done within a couple hours. The next morning i chatted with Jose and my client to confirm them meeting each other on site to complete the carpets. At that point I remembered that my client/sister had asked me to have them do a quick run over with the cleaning machine on a small area rug. Jose said he'd have to see it but that it would be about an extra 40 bucks. Which rationally seemed a bit high. I told him that it was only small and that he could discuss that portion with my client/sister. In the end i left everything to my sister because she was the one who was going to pay for the carpet cleaning part. When I called later on that afternoon to see how things went, she seemed frustrated that her total came out to $180. It turned out that Jose said to her that when he initially came out he didn't realized how bad the carpet was because the furniture was there which is not entirely true because he came for quotes when we were 3/4 of the way moved out. I became very mad and immediately text Jose that he better not try to hustle more money out of my clients/sister. I've then found out that she had actually already paid him the money and that the carpet cleaners were already done and it was too late. Jose had tried to reach me the following day regarding my text and I did decline his calls as I did not want to hear the excuses and was over it. He did offer to discount any next job because I had told him I am a realtor and would refer him out to many other jobs. I'm really bummed that this was such a difficult process therefore I am worried to use him again. Maybe I'll give him a shot at something more simple next time. But a move out cleaning and carpets cleaned seems pretty simple to me. Just appears to be some lack of structure with his business.
They were in and out and made the house look great! We had a few Boxwood bushes we wanted taken up and he left a clean place. Downside - His chainsaw broke and he couldn't do my tree, but then he said he'd come back and he never called or came back.
I hired Zoklean for a move out cleaning and they truly are the best , they did an amazing job at making sure everything look impecable in my apartment. We attempted to try cleaners over and over. Never receiving the quality of work needed for our expectations. Most of the cleaners were found on Thimbtack and through others sites. The pricing is generally to high but most of all the quality of work was really bad. It’s has always been surprising that we couldn’t find anyone that could properly clean a house!! Then we found ZoKlean, finally we got what we paid for. Seamless process from start to finish. 2 young ladies showed up on time with all the needed supplies and equipment. They didn’t need any direction and just got to it! The end result was a spotless house and a new loyal customer! We will definitely be using ZoKlean again in the near future and recommend their services to all our friends and family! right on time and stayed until she felt she was done. I needed a deep cleaning for my 3 bedroom house-From baseboards and cobwebs i the corners, cleaning under the fridge and oven, to baseboards and interior doors and windows. Tile grout in kitchen floor and wood floor also needed detailing. After she was done, I was so thankful! Turned up on time. Did really good work. removed all dry rot, replaced, sealed and painted new wood trim which had to be cut to size and fit. Gave good advice on maintenance care. Kept to price which was good.Also made a helpful inspection of other areas of concern and quoted same day for those repairs.Left everything clean and tidy.

My irrigation pipes burst and caused water to drain from underneath my driveway next to my lawn. Mateo Pedro (MP) was quick to respond when I posted the job and he met with me the same day at 5pm. He dug up part of the lawn and provided a preliminary assessment on his own time. MP was kind, courteous, and professional. He quoted me a flat price that was very fair considering the work that had to be done without knowing the entirety of the problem. He took the time to evaluate my irrigation system and provided tips on improving lawn maintenance. I contracted with MP and he showed up a 7am the next morning and fixed the problem that day and after completing the repair he did a great job of cleaning up. I would definitely recommend MP if I have any additional handyman work in the future. Great Job Mateo!
Fernando was professional in every way, from initial contact to post job completion. He was able to fix 2 broken wood gates on our property, one of which had completely blown off its hinges, damaging the frame. Fernando was able to keep the gate and repaired the frame perfectly. He followed up the evening afterwards to make sure the job was 100% satisfactory. Would not hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to others.
