John and his helper came to cut our granite tile backsplash to allow room for our new microwave. He says he has to do 1 or 2 a month - a common problem. John was prompt, well-mannered, professional and quick. He was out in an hour. He cleaned the area and the whole process was painless! I would definitely hire him again and will refer him to anyone that needs tile work!
