Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: At Pride Piper, our work has stood out since the late 1970's for one reason; it was done right, & it was done right the first time. We have two full-time technicians that can service & repair products in the Coachella Valley, & unlike some independents or newly-formed businesses, expertise has A LOT to do with what the customer receives in regard to quality of work & the time it takes for that work to get done. We perform work for restaurants, country clubs & property management companies for one reason; we do ethical work & do it correctly. This is the only reason that people continue to hire us.

My boyfriend and I were having trouble with our bbq, so we first started using a log lighter to light it... well, it nearly burned my hair off, so we decided to call Pride Piper (our neighbor told us to call). Tristan came out and noticed that the entire ignition on our Alfresco bbq was burnt out, and he said this was a common thing on these grills. He came back two days later with all the parts, did the service on the bbq, and now it works perfectly. He also instructed us on how to cook to avoid costly repairs in the future! Well done!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure to always check their place of business. Get one or two referrals. And never, ever hire the person who says "I have the best price." This is a fool's mentality, one in which they want you to participate in. Good service costs money, & so does education & technical know-how, so always hire experience, which knowledgeable people understand means 'less time on the job'.
