Excellent experience. We hired 1st class catering for Mexican food for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Michael is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. All the pre-event coordination was seamless, and the day of was even better. Michael delivered the food early, helped us set it up and get the chaffing dishes situated, and left plenty of disposable supplies for the meal. Best part was the Mexican food was delicious! All of our guests raved about it. Definitely would hire him again!

Julian was amazing! He was prompt, professional, easy to get a hold of and his food was delicious! We had a private dinner for 7 people starting with passed appetizers, a salad, dinner and dessert. Everything was amazing and I would highly reccommend hiring him!
Amanda made our Christmas vacation with our family so easy. She provided an amazing Christmas dinner for 10 and another Mexican dinner for 14. Her food is fresh and delicious. She give you a VERY ample amount so there are lots of leftovers. All of her food is tasty and delicious. Obviously all made from scratch from the best ingredients. We couldn't have been more pleased. In addition, Amanda is a delightful person to work with -- friendly, responsive and attentive to particular dietary needs/desires.
We hired Jeff and his staff for our wedding weekend. Friday we had a "meet and greet" BBQ and Saturday Jeff provided the food for our buffet style taco bar. We live in San Diego so we were really in the dark about Palm Springs area caterers. The food and the presentation was outstanding. We gave Jeff ideas for what we wanted and he took control and delivered all of it and more. He is a pleasure to work with and makes every effort to ensure the food is excellent and that everything runs smoothly (even when it's not his responsibility). Jeff helped with many components of our weekend, including putting us in touch with a reliable party rental business and culinary artist for the wedding cake. We are eternally grateful for Jeff and the Creating Catering staff for being part of our special weekend.

Chef Mark is an amazing chef! He was very professional. I had a small dinner party with friends. I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Since I am on a low carb diet. After speaking with him he created a Menu to fit my diet restrict but also carter to my friends non restricted diet. Appetizer was fried calamari with sweet and sour sauce. The salad was a fresh Ahi Tuna salad. The entree was mouth watering pan seared Scallops with lemongrass carrot ginger purée. Lastly was dessert which I could only have a taste of my friends apple crisp with vanilla ice cream and homemade salted caramel. It was to hard to resist. Chef Mark made fresh berries with he’s own whipping cream!
Friendly, professional and hard-working group, who did an outstanding job on decorating. The food was plentiful and delicious. The entire team worked tirelessly on both events that they have done for us, and did a superb job! I received many compliments from guests. Highly recommend!
