We hired Julian to cater a plated dinner for 14 girls at our rental house in Palm Springs. Julian was incredibly flexible accomodating dietary restrictions and provided various menu options including a signature cocktail. An Assistant prepared, served and cleaned up the entire meal. He was courteous and professional. The appetizers and first course we're simple yet fresh. The main courses and dresser were decent but lacked some pizazz. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I use techniques used in restaurants that are ranked with 5 stars or michelin stars. I use sous vide cooking and modern cuisine. So when I price a party is to ensure that you will get food quality of those establishments without the price tag on it. But rest assure that you are acquiring quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I try to get as much information possible about the event and the guests attending so I can provide the service needed and also to make sure that every guest is fully satisfied with the service hired by the host.
