Very unprofessional and didn’t clean everything that was on her to do list for cleaning also sent her son the first day to come clean and he did a terrible job then she came the next day and did a better job but was rushing to clean because she was late to another appointment but she was late to mine also . I wouldn’t recommend at all u get what u pay for sure 😕👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

To set the record straight, the never sent the owner son to clean for her, she is just stating lies and that would have been child labor. All 'Lucette M interiors' Employees are above the age of 21. The employee "cleaner" was dismissed and was caught using cellphone while on duty in client homes, after 3 written warnings. The company made amends and went to clean her house. The client apartment got cleaned the following day and with our busy schedule we managed to make a sacrifice, squeeze her in and we have pictures of before and after the job was done . Unfortunately client drawers could not ne organized because client, requested for cleaning services not organizing services. Our home organizing department is in charge of organizing shelves, pantries and closets. The client confused home organizing and cleaning and was trying tom take advantage of my staff. Client was told to book an appointment for home organizing consultant, so that her closets, pantry and bathroom shelves can be organized. Our company take great pride in using the right supplies and resources for organizing jobs. Babygal is one of the clients in our community who take advantage of cleaners, by making them do more than their job description, which is wrong. Cleaners are not home organizers, we have a department for home organizing. Will upload pictures of how dirty her place was and how it was sparkling clean afterwards. We at Lucette M Interiors wish Babygal ,best of luck with finding a professional to organize her apartment.

Our sincere apologies. We had a covid outbreak and was so sick. One of our clients 'Babygal' never disclosed her boyfriend had was coughing in her apartment and we went to clean and all my staff, including myself was sick. we apologize.
