I had a great experience! My contact was very responsive at all times of the day. We had a tight turnaround for the appraisal and he made sure that we received the report timely. He arrived on site on time and was very professional and courteous. The report provided was thorough and explained the appraisal in great detail which we appreciated. I hired this company to appraise my house for settlement porpoises. They are really knowledgeable of whatever they do. They appraised my house with the right market value. The appraisal report was signed with two certified appraisals which make your report more powerful. They have an affordable prices. I truly recommend them to my friends.
