I can't say enough good about Jessica Lesowitz. Of all the attorney jokes you have heard, Jessica is the direct opposite. She was referred to me after 16 years into my divorce from a man that has more money than God and had been fighting me for every crumb the court made him throw my way. Jessica is the best! She is professional, takes care of her cases, always as her priority, keeps you informed, and always tries to get the best results. Jessica helped me with my domestic violence restraining order against my ex, it involved my two minor children. She did a superb job.She guided me thru the whole process with her professional knowledge. She made me feel comfortable in front of the judge since she prepare me and told me what to expect. Jessica helped me with a spousal support case that was brought on by my ex-husband. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, no. All family law cases are different and many can be quite contentious. There are too many moving parts particular to the individual's situation, as well as the number and complexity of the issues involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work collaboratively with my clients. They are not alone and have valuable information that can only be obtained by working closely with them on their cases. I have also developed an intake sheet for the client to fill out familiarizing me with their situation. I also do free 1/2 hour consultations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of: (1) UC Berkeley - B.A., 1998; and (2) Pepperdine School of Law - J.D., 2001. Family law practitioner since 2001. Regular participant in and attendance Continuing Legal Education seminars to keep up-to-date on all recent legal developments, trends and changes in the law.
