Introduction: I help my students to build up their resume for university applications: audition to honor orchestras, win competitions, pass CM and RCM tests. My students successfully compete at International and National competitions and are members of different orchestras including Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra, All Southern California Elementary Honor, San Juan Capistrano and Irvine Honor Orchestras, Orange County Youth Symphony and others.
Feliks Volozhanin performs all over the US. He's recent engagements include apperances in a guitar/cello duo with Irina Kulikova in Miami, New York, Dallas, Austin, Los Angeles and others. He loves and truly enjoys teaching having over ten years of experience both in Russia and in the US. His teaching philosophy is to share what he learned from a great Russian cello school: superb technique and expressive musical interpretation.
