Introduction: We are a full-service, Orange County based pest control company serving the Southern California area. We have five employees, and we use subs for some services. We have Branch 2 and 3 licenses under the California Structural Pest Control Board, and we have a trapper on staff who is licensed under the CA Department of Fish and Game.
We work Saturdays, answer our phones live, and reply to messages and e-mails promptly.
At KK Termite and Pest Control, our pest control process involves five distinct elements, as follows:
* Assessment - We will gather as much information as possible from you in order to fully understand your pest problem and your needs, then propose the best customized solution to solve your problem and fit your budget. Depending on the situation, we offer either phone or onsite estimates.
* Exclusion - We will inspect your home to determine the likely cause of your pest infestation and propose changes or minor repairs to keep pests out in the future.
* Treatment - We will use the right tools and the right products to get rid of your pests effectively and conveniently. In the vast majority of situations, our work is guaranteed.
* Maintenance - It is entirely up to you to hire us whether for a one-time treatment or a scheduled maintenance agreement.
* Safety - We use the right products for the job in the prescribed fashion and in the proper quantities. We will explain to you what exactly you need to do before, during, and after treatment.
