I already run 2 very successful companies. This I do because it’s a passion I enjoy very much and can help so many people with. I’m very fair in my pricing. In fact I like to over deliver. My primary reason for this is not money but the impact and punch I help others deliver through their look.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the needs and wants of my CLIENT. In this field the word “customer” doesn’t work for me. A customer swings in to buy toothpaste. A CLIENT is someone you build rapport with, understand and communicate well with to help attain a desired look. We discuss the objective, the goal, what they want, etc A good conversation to feel out what we want to do and the best way of achieving that

Zero training or schooling or being taught “how it should be” no no. I’m a natural. BORN WITH IT. It’s a knack.
