I love training with Ian! He specifically tailors his workouts for me! I had a lot of health concerns and not only did I look great, I felt the best I have in years!

I’ve been getting Ian’s help for 10 years now. He’s been great to adapt a workout for someone with scoliosis back pain issues and a knee replacement. I always feel better after the workout.

Ian was my very first personal trainer, and he is the very best. I was going on a trip to Hawaii, and he got me in the best shape of my life within 4 weeks. The workouts were always different, challenged me, and made me feel great. I always felt he was rooting for me to succeed and meet my goals. Ian is also a very fun trainer that will make you laugh in between your lunges. Ian’s training has lasted me years and I am so glad I decided to finally get in shape.

I have trained with Ian off and on for over 10 years. He is always accommodating with my crazy schedule. He makes workouts challenging and mixes it up every session. You won’t be disappointed!!

Ian was my trainer for about 9 years. He was always professional, understood my abilities and limitations. He was conscientious, careful and always a lot of fun to work with. He encouraged me to work hard and helped me recover from a very bad auto accident.
