FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is pretty straight forward! There are no hidden fees or additional costs. What you see in the pricing menu (see photos) is exactly what you pay. If you need something outside of the general service offering, we'll discuss and set the pricing upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start here! If you decide to work with me, you can either contact me directly or respond to my quote. From there we'll set up a time for goal setting and questions. This takes anywhere from 10-30 minutes over the phone, depending on your needs. I'll structure your first lesson accordingly which we'll also schedule during that first phone call. I normally suggest we start with a group of 4 lessons (meeting once per week) so we can establish some groundwork and then go from there, but ultimately the approach is up to you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified through the Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT200 / RYT500 levels. I have well over 1000 hours of teaching experience and over 10 years of experience as a yoga practitioner. I also frequently participate in professional workshops/seminars that relate to yoga and health and stay up to date on the latest health research so I'm always learning and expanding my toolbox as an instructor. I also hold a BS in Design from Iowa State University as well as professional certifications from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT).
