Mina showed up on time and graciously accommodated my work schedule. He diagnosed the problem with my A/C , proposed a reasonable solution, he was very honest he obtained and installed the parts quickly, all at a very fair price. he was a gentleman in his behavior with us I will certainly use Sharony Fast Services again when I have any problem in HVAC or in my home appliances .
Ed Mack was very responsive (phone, email and text) from start to finish. Charles, Ed's sub, arrived on time with his friendly 2-person crew. In addition to being fantastically courteous and doing an outstanding job at the price originally quoted, Charles kindly did some additional work at no charge and also provided me with LOTS of very helpful tips and information with respect to most efficiently operating my current system (and overall home energy/HVAC efficiency), as well as answering my many questions regarding updating/improving my HVAC system. Overall very friendly and professional and I highly recommend Air Duct Professionals. I plan to use them again for my future air duct cleaning.
David and his brother are honest and wonderful people! They had to replace my HVAC completely! Price was more then reasonable! The installation was done over and above normal! Clean and professional! I recommend Aire Rite(David) to everyone! Thank you both so much! 😊
Great experience with David from Cobalt. He installed an Ecobee 3 and then took the time to set it up based on our preferences. He even wore shoe booties! It’s little things like shoe booties that make a huge statement about his level of professionalism. He made sure I understood the unit and the IPhone app and that all settings were to our liking. When done, he even offered to help with additional home projects we have under way! At 7:30 PM! Cobalt is great and David is not only one of the best service professionals I have met, he is an awesome person! Call Cobalt for your HVAC needs. You will NOT be disappointed.
Jose of JC Heating & AC Systems was great. He responded quickly, gave a thorough and honest assessment without trying to oversell services and a very reasonable price. We will call him next time we need HVAC repair.
I contact Subcooling HVAC and they came same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem with my A/C within an hour. The tech was very friendly and even inspected the rest of my system after he fixed the problem to ensure it was working at optimum capacity. Price to fix was fair and to be honest was way less than we expected. I would definitely recommend Subcooling HVAC to family and friends.
Responded quickly with the lowest quoted price for a repair the day after Christmas. Service was above outstanding...repaired the mistake I made with my HVAC and then did a complimentary check of the rest of the system, going over preventative maintenance recommendations to save us money later.
Sal and his crew did a truly outstanding job on my complete HVAC install! I have never been more impressed by such professionalism, promptness, and superior attention to detail. Our house is cool and it is so quiet when it runs! Don't go anywhere else! They are among the VERY BEST IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA!
Paul came next day and was right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the unit we had where other hvac technicians shyed away from the job claiming it was "too complicated". He found the problem right away and was kind enough to explain the unit to me and how it worked. It was a quick fix and now we have cold air again! I would reccomend Paul to anyone needing air conditioning repait.
Perhaps you remember, on a very hot summery day. No air conditioning so you would go open the refrigerator door and stick your head in. Ahhhhhh. Only one thing would make it better: A fan inside the refrigerator pointed straight at your face. I thought my central air conditioner worked kind of ok, but it was 17 years old. The heater was 48 years old. So I decided to hire Titan Air to replace both. I was impressed Mark Fisher and with Chip Laurn when I met him. But I was super impressed on the day of installation when I met Robert and Chris. All their work is supremely professional and beautiful to look at. Robert explained that with the new unit there should be a larger intake, so would it be ok to cut the wall wider for a larger register? I said sure, wondering if air conditioning guys could really cut the wall, install a new register, and make it look like nothing happened? YES they can and yes they did. I can't even tell that anything happened there. Anytime I want to get wowed, I open the HVAC closet and look at the beautifully engineered and installed unit. And the really best thing is the air. If I stand right under the register the air comes out like that refrigerator - with the fan pointing at me. Just so lovely. I highly recommend the entire team at Titan Air. They're the best and really fun to chat with too.
Responded to my post within minutes and gave me a free quote on what the issue was. Came by the next day and replaced the belt on the HVAC system and had everything working within an hour. Great job
Max showed up on time and was really friendly. His positive demeanor immediately put me at ease. He took his time (which I appreciate) and looked over our blower unit. I was convinced that it was a blown motor. Luckily it was just a capacitor. Once again, he did not rush. He fixed that problem plus he located the wire that was causing the capacitor to burn up. However, he only charged me the labor to replace the capacitor. He was great about cleaning up his work. There are so many sleazy people in the HVAC business, but Max is one of the good guys. I'd call him again in a heartbeat.
I highly recommend Andy from All Seasons Temperature. My HVAC had stopped working. Andy responded to my email 10 minutes after I submitted a request for a quote. He made an appt for 10 am the same morning. By 10:45 am, my a/c was working again. Andy is very professional and informative. He diagnosed the problem & did not try to charge for unnecessary work. Quality & Integrity is what I paid for. 😊
Overall very good experience. Hector is very honest. Got a good feeling about the company and in speaking with him. Pricing very reasonable. Overall clean work. Very responsive company. We had 2 entire HVAC and furnace systems replaced. Unfortunately furnace had a technical glitch in the system within the first couple of days. As soon as they found out the problem, someone came out to fix it immediately. Now everything is running smoothly. You never know with any product, if something might go wrong or a part may be recslled...so it’s important to have a company that is very responsive and ready to fix any problems encountered. We felt that we were in good hands.
Tom was fast, efficient, friendly and made sure to explain things as we went. We're keeping his card for future issues as he does HVAC and electrical. He also had all of the tools he needed as well as a replacement for the blown up part that we didn't even know we needed available. A great experience!
They always do an excellent job and are very friendly. The most budget friendly HVAC svs in town!!!!
Power surges suck! Just the other day a car crashes into a power pole around the corner from where I live and the resulting surge from the exploding transformer burned through every charger and clock I had plugged directly into the wall as well as my fridge, oven and washer. I decided to give OC Appliance Masters a call and make an appointment for him to check things out the next day. I get a nice two hour window vs the 4 hour window that I've been accustomed to from previous experiences with professional service guys for fixing HVAC, electric, plumbing, cable etc. I spoke to Nick and he says he can call an hour or half an hour before the arrival time. Another plus. I was going to be home all day so I was okay with the half hour heads up call. On the day of the service Nick calls me earlier than expected and says he was able to finish his earlier appointment and if I'm available he can come earlier. I'm all for that! Who enjoys biding their time waiting for a service person? Not me. The sooner the better plus my fridge wasn't getting any cooler. When he arrives, he was a whirling dervish of information regarding possible culprits for what could be ailing my appliances and is listing them out as he's working on my fridge. He tells me he was a electrical engineer and will find out what the problem is. It turned out it was the controller board and he was able to give me an estimate immediately without saying he'd have to check the price for the part etc. This was a nice change from the other guys I've dealt with that don't say a word and have to crunch the numbers. What it told me was that he had experience with this issue before. He also had the part on hand and could get the unit back and running in no time. I was sold. After that, he also serviced the fridge's coils, at no extra charge, which were cluttered up with years of cat fur which he was shocked at seeing as he opened up my fridge's service panel. The next item he looked at was my stove/oven. Given what he saw with my fridge, his prognosis even before opening the stove/oven was that it would be expensive and I could be better off looking for a new oven but we'll look anyway. Turns out he was right. The digital display panel and control board were shot and would cost $700 if I wanted to have it fixed. Thank you for your honesty. Finally the dishwasher. Lo and behold, same problem as the others, burned out control board. Good news was that it was more reasonable to fix and wasn't going to cost as much as a new unit. Bad news was he didn't have the part on hand but we arranged for him to get the part and return to fix it later next week. The biggest take away from him during the service call was the preventative advice from Nick. Place ALL your expensive appliances on a SURGE PROTECTOR from now on. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me and this includes even when I was living in Denver and we would have some nasty thunderstorms that would cause power fluctuations like nobody's business so it never occurred to me to put anything except my computer and entertainment system on a nice surge protector. That's all changed now. All in all, it's hard finding a trustworthy appliance repair person. I read some of the positive reviews as well as the negative reviews of the well reviewed appliance service techs for the area and decided to take a chance with OC Masters and I'm very pleased with the results. I'm also glad that I'm dealing with a family owned and operated business since Nick and his brother are the guys who are doing all the work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
We needed to install a mini-split a/c in our house in Los Angeles. Armando arrived the next day after inquiring, to perform a free inspection and provide an estimate. He was extremely polite, professional and detailed. He took a lot of pictures and gave a very competitive quote on the spot. He has returned with his team, when scheduled, and did an excellent job installing the a/c. His company can install any HVAC systems too. I recommend his service most highly, he does sn exceptional job!
I am an Interior Designer and a Property Manager. Have contracted Mr. Andrew (Ezzat) of since 2005 and he had offered excellent knowledge, service, equipment and prices; making my clients and myself very saitisfied. I highly recommend Atlas Comfort Air for all HVAC services.
Laith was very responsive. He came out on Sunday morning in the middle of the recent heat wave. He got my A/C up running while he ordered parts and only charged for the service call which he later credited to my invoice after returning and making the final repairs. Will call again if needed and recommend.
