My wife and I agree that hiring 3 Little Birds was the most rewarding decision and the best money we spent on our wedding. Jessica and Dustin are the dream team of wedding coordination. My wife and I had very particular plans already set in motion for what we wanted and we thought about doing the entire thing ourselves but worried about the amount of stress the days leading up and the day of would have become. So, we hired her as a day of coordinator to make sure it all went as planned, and did it ever exceed our expectations. Jessica met us at our venue before officially hiring her so we could run through our dream wedding and fill her in on what was in motion and the couple of last minute things we needed help with. She listened and most importantly understood exactly what we wanted and was able to seamlessly join in on the plans as if she planned it herself. Most notably we were about 6 weeks away from our big day before meeting Jessica. We had already communicated with 2 other coordinators earlier in our planning stages and we were over our coordinator search at that point. One of the coordinators found here on thumbtack (not to be named) promised one price range that seemed reasonable which turned out to be a complete bait and switch when after meeting her she went up more than double her initial quote, and nothing else was added on between that time to change her rates. We also found that other coordinators we contacted were good at saying no, it can't be done. Or, you can do this but it's going to cost so much more for that. And honestly, it came down to them not wanting to work for anything and just sit around bossing people. None of them compared to 3 Little Birds!! Even our guests were amazed at how well Jessica and Dustin had a handle on everything. I've been to some amazing weddings and never thought " wow this coordinator really made this wedding happen so that the bride and groom could just enjoy their day with their guests". That is exactly what we were able to do with 3 Little Birds having our backs. They hustled the whole time before the wedding putting our decorations out with us and kept everything on schedule from our happy hour with our amazing food truck, to our trolley ride to the ceremony site, then back to our reception site in the trolley to finish our night with dinner, dancing, and libations. Then they added the icing on the cake by cleaning up the venue at the end of the night for us so we could continue to visit with our friends and family. I don't mean just throwing out trash and sweeping the floors. They also carefully hand-packed all of our decorations we made and brought, our flowers my wife arranged for centerpieces that day were neatly placed into boxes that would travel well, and they loaded them all into our vehicles. We had hired them for overtime anyway beforehand but no way did we expect them to treat our wedding as if it were there own. Jessica and Dustin, thank you so much for everything and leaving us with unforgettable experiences and memories. We have video proof of you two breaking a sweat so we could sit and look pretty.
Omg the wedding planner and decorator sent from the Gods!! A bit dramatic for me to say, i know, but Nicole saved me! I tried to plan my own wedding, even got my mom involved and that took a turn for the worse. Nicole met with us, spoiled us with cold champagne, we talked about every detail and it she hit the ground running. It was amazing to see her level of expertise and decisiveness. So happy she could plan and decorate my wedding so magnificently ! You are an angel and I recommend Nicole and her fun team to anyone who is looking for a planner or designer. Simply amazing!!! Everything about our experience with Bellissimo's Flowers was outstanding!! Georgia took a simple idea and brought it to life. The flowers were exquisite!! The care she took in first consulting with us and then in seeing to every little detail was just incredible. The price was great!! The attention to detail was even better. I have been searching for just the right words to write this review because I'm still in disbelief. I'm happier with what we got than I could have imagined. Call Georgia first before you call other florists. Before you call a wedding planner call Georgia. She had so many ideas. I'm so incredibly thankful!! She really made our wedding unforgettable!! Georgia really can do it all and with a smile. When everything was going crazy Georgia really stepped in and rolled up her sleeves to make it all better. My guests have been calling and asking for the contact information. Everyone was just in awe. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We had them cater our Wedding last weekend and they were a godsend. I could go on and on about how wonderful, caring, attentive and friendly they were. While planning they were a great source of advice and guidance. Chef Renee gracefully answered my parents' (numerous) questions basically being our caterer/wedding planner. Most importantly the food was delicious!! The passed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour were outstanding and everyone complimented the incredible dinner! To top it all off our cake was delicious and beautiful, Did I say delicious!! They also provided friendly and attentive bartenders and waitstaff. Everything was so good, our guests were so happy and full... we are still receiving compliments. The entire team was professional and so attentive and they really set up our tables beautifully! Chef Renee and her team went above and beyond our expectations and really made our day perfect! If you hire them you won't be disappointed!! We can't wait until the occasion comes to use them again!
Karina did all the flowers for our January wedding. I was so incredibly happy and impressed with all the centerpieces and my bouquet as well as my bridesmaids bouquets. Karina was so thorough, she reviewed and confirmed my order multiple times as well as was able to come and pick up my vases the night of my reception. I was impressed with her open communication and adorable prices. Dazzling selection and design. From traditional to exotic, she can make anything! It was the most positive experience of my wedding day. She knew exactly what I wanted and made my own vision into a reality. The flowers on my special day were so brilliant and unique, just as I wanted! I would highly recommend Karina to anyone! She is phenomenal!!!!!
Esther helped us for our wedding in July 25th and she did a wonderful work. She made me the bride boutique even without the request. The flowers and the decoration are extremely pretty and I loved it so much. She really did a lot of wonderful works and helped us had a beautiful wedding. Tami and Lauren were the coordinators for my wedding in October 2014. They were FANTASTIC! I can't say enough about how invaluable they were on this super important day. They truly made it a seamless experience and took an immense amount of pressure off me and my mom who was so nervous about things not coming together in time or going right on the day of the wedding. They went the extra mile for us when the didn't have to. Tami was especially experienced in getting us to consider so many details we hadn't even thought about because we were so overwhelmed and she made sure nothing was left unnoticed. It was these special touches that contributed to the overall unique experience of our wedding! Having been a wedding coordinator myself in the past, I know how critical it is to be organized and thorough. I really appreciated this about Tami and I love the calm, friendly nature of both her and Lauren. One aspect that truly stood out was their ability to personalize our wedding so it was a true reflection my husband and I. Put all this together with Lauren's incredible talent in creative decor concepts and I know they can make any event a huge success!
Creations by CB Events did a phenomenal job on our wedding! I am someone that doesn't enjoy the planning process one bit and Connie took it right out of my hands into hers. She took the stress level down completely and although we are a pretty simple and laid back couple she took all of our wishes and wants and exceeded our expectations. We used CB Events for all; decorations, party planning and event coordinating (basically everything! haha). Our event was at an outside venue (The Red Gates of covina; a private venue exclusive to Creations by CB Events) and everyone loved it. With the intimate atmosphere along with the inviting array of eclectic style our wedding was definitely a night everyone will remember (which is what the whole point is right?). Ingrid and Stacy have surpassed all expectations I had for wedding planning services. Initially I was very stressed to even be planning a wedding, however with their help they've put me at ease by going over many items I wouldn't have even thought of. They are always available when I have questions and go above and beyond by verifying contracts with all my vendors. The nice thing is they are also willing to work on custom peices like signs, center peices and even arrangement of flowers. Most other wedding planners dont have the time commitment and money saving ability to tackle do it yourself projects. This has allowed me to have things I would have never been able to afford like a paper flower wall for photos and candy station. When I priced these things through a 3rd party they were completely out of reach. Ingrid and Stacy are a great team and I recommend them to anyone planning any event big or small.
Alex and SmartBooth photography team brought a lot of fun on our wedding. They were very easygoing and cool. Photo booth was a blast!! Everybody loved it! Design and color changes is great idea! Never seen anything like this. Also the front side creates really good light. Photos I received are really good! We had a great time at our wedding reception and we will definitelly recommend these guys!

I needed someone who was trustworthy, honest, professional, and patient! kelly Ten Berge fulfilled all of my expectations. I met kelly through Thumbtack, when I was going through a difficult financial season. She was patient and kind in her attentiveness to my needs. After communicating with her via phone, email and text I decided she was the ideal event planner for my son's Couple's Wedding Shower. Kelly helped with finding the perfect venue which was held at the Lakewood Country Club, in the city of Lakewood. The event took approximately 3 months to plan and be executed. I can you tell Kelly never missed a beat. She did all of the telecommunications and became that middle person for me. I was so Blessed to have her, seeing that we lived hours away from each other. I was very impressed with kelly's services from the first time we met face to face. On that same day she said OK! let's get started and off we went looking at venues. I did not need to say anything, during that initial process I was just there for the ride... she did all of the enquires and collected all of the information need. Soon after I got the call from Kelly we have found the perfect venue for you special event. Kelly would keep me up to date and well informed about pricing, menu,decorations, capacity, cake, music, flowers, theme and so much more. As a matter of fact! I have a bit of a confession.... she made me feel like a movie star who had a personal assistant, I must tell you I was loving it!!!!! Kelly went over and beyond for me and we pulled off an excellent Couples Wedding Shower. Kelly was very on time with everything, if she was running behind with an answer for me, she would alert me with a text or a phone call... She sure knew how to take the stress off me. Nothing that was expected of Kelly went wrong... She gave an excellent services and I would not hesitate to use her services again as well as, recommend her services to anyone planning something special for themselves or a family member. Balloons in Blossom was awesome at helping provide flowers arrangements for my wedding. Ariel made time to answer all my questions and provide estimates for any changes I wanted to make. Guests really loved the centerpieces.
Gina Garrett is an event planning genius!! After working with Gina on my own events and attending others she has planned for friends and associates, I cannot imagine working with anyone else. I refuse to work with anyone else. She can handle small parties for 25 people or formal events for 800. I have seen Gina convert an empty warehouse into a dreamy and sparkling evening gala for 500 people that somehow was beautiful and grand, but also provided nooks and lounges for more intimate conversation. The wedding that she planned for a friend was equally impressive. Gina translated the bride’s Pinterest ideas and limited budget into a stunning outdoor wedding - the bride was in joyful tears because every detail of her wedding day exceeded her wildest dreams. That’s what Gina does – she takes the ideas and dreams of the client, and turns them into reality. She handles every challenge and demand with professionalism and promptly, and will keep the client updated on progress and issues. She personally takes on all the fuss and stress of event planning so the client doesn’t have to. Work with Gina once, and you’ll never look for another event planner!
Laura was great to work with! At first I wasn't sure that I was going to add a day-of wedding coordinator to my budget but after my first phone call with Laura, I knew it was essential. She's an expert about event set-up, timelines and catering so I immediately felt at ease and knew that if I hired her I could relax and enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about the details. Laura and her assistant Jody were essential at our wedding - they gracefully handled everything behind the scenes and made sure it was a perfect day for my husband and I and our guests. My friends and family commented on how great Laura was at pushing everything along throughout the day, and troubleshooting when necessary. Laura's day-of coordination service might just be the most important service that I purchase for my wedding day!
Jane helped me with some of my bridesmaids party favors as well as some decor and invitations for my wedding. And of course she was the sweetest person to have around to help so by default we invited her to the wedding to share our special day!! If I could recommend ANYONE, it's Jane!! She was a jack of all trades and we got so many different aspects of the wedding knocked out for ONE PRICE❤️
