- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ask about our rebate program. Each home is different. Each homeowner has different needs and expectations . I am flexible , helpful, and understanding when it comes to pricing. You get quality for a reasonable and fair price. On-site estimates available at “No cost” to home owner for every job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our trained,home energy, specialist will meet with the homeowner. Discuss their needs. Do a walk thru of their property. Guide the homeowner thru the entire process . Answer all the customer questions and address their needs . It’s very important that both , homeowners and contractors , see eye to eye and have the same expectations for each project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended various classes. Lifetime experience working on homes. I worked for many Construction companies . On the job training with company owners.; project managers. Started painting professoinally when I turned 18 , with a paint company. Joined another Construcrion company, learned other trades, like roofing; tile; flooring . 30 years later now doing it on my own. We carry our own CSLB , General -B license issued by the state. We are licensed, bonded, and insured . I am certified by the state to work on homes that have lead contamination on painted surfaces. (Very few painters are lead certified). I have remodeled many bathrooms, kitchens, rooms. I love working on people’s homes.
