- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The video is FREE with the purchase of the Business Keyword Optimization feature which is $199 one time charge. We build the new video with all their business information and then Optimize the new video so it will be found on Google's search engine under their business name. We hyperlink their website to the video so it will pull the customers back to them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They contact me via email or go to my website and fill out the order form there. We contact them back to verify the details and get to work right away typical turn around time is 72 hours.
