Event Planning

Adrianne is an excellent event planner! We had a tight schedule of 1 week turnaround, but she was very helpful in planning out the entire event strategy (including details such as drink menu and gift card options). She is very good at communicating efficiently, making our collaboration and communication super smooth throughout the entire event planning and execution process. On the day of the event, Adrianne was super helpful in arranging all the tasks, taking care of the check-in process and guiding the guests and making them feel comfortable. Definitely the best event planner and executor I have ever worked with!

What an amazing experience I had for my birthday. Adrianne event planning skills really showed when I arrived. The choice of venue was so beautiful.     We create custom proposals based on your needs. We have a base pricing structure or hourly structure for you to choose what fits best. We offer discounts for non-profit organizations and corporate clients with ongoing events. We also provide incentives for referrals.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We start with a FREE consultation to understand the details of your needs. Next steps is to prepare a proposal based on our discussion. Once we agree on the services, an agreement will be sent that outlines everything we are providing.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Masters Degree in Public Administration, working on a doctorate in Business Administration. I have three corporate event certifications and have completed extensive training in project management.
