Wow I do not think words can encapsulate what Traveler's Q meant for our wedding. If you are someone like me- who has a sense of general inspiration but is comfortable with the designer taking the wheel - this company is for you. When we first started planning our wedding we did not prioritize decor to be totally honest. We signed with TQ after they gave us a proposal at the budget we were looking for. We told them we like "Cost Plus World Market, our colors are mustard yellow and emerald green" and they turned it into the most incredible Mandap, cocktail hour display, and reception decor I have ever witnessed. It was so creative, different, fun, and absolutely gorgeous. For it to have been at my own wedding still blows my mind. In retrospect, going with a company that has the talent and sophistication of TQ was an amazing decision. It brought the event and experience to another level for everybody- especially me and my new husband!

Adrianne is such a pleasure to work with. Very professional and organized. I hired for a baby shower and she was very helpful in giving me lots of ideas to make the day special! She also really helped me plan out my budget and get a really fair idea of what that will look like. I didn’t end up working with her because I chose a venue that only uses their coordinator. But she was very helpful in waiving any fees and still sending me ideas for my special day!! I will be keeping her in mind for any future events and recommend to friends and family.

Traveler's Q does not disappoint! They are professionals to the fullest. I am completely indebted to them for organizing and executing my wedding with incredible, personalized care. Once Adrianne and her team take over the planning, the client is put at ease. Everything is orchestrated from the beginning to the day of the event seamlessly. Every question is responded to promptly. My family is still talking about the phenomenal job Ms. Adrianne and her team pulled off. It was an amazing, flawless, fun-filled event.

I loved the design of my wedding, she was able to capture my vision, and incorporate all the items I purchased. She created my dream and was able to show me how to save a lot of money. My husband was thankful for that =) Planning a wedding is hard work and decorating it is a whole other beast. I thought I was going to be able to do it on my own and boy was I wrong. Brides, listen to your planner LOL if they tell you help is needed it's for a reason. or you can just hire Adrianne LMAO which is a much better idea

Adrianne was the absolute best wedding coordinator!! She is superbly organized, calm, detail-oriented and interactive. I loved working with her- she listens, offers great experience-based advice and runs full ahead with coordinating while ensuring routine touchpoints to stay synchronized. She ensured every detail was considered and the results were superb: a beautiful, elegant microwedding (21 guests), followed by dinner was a memorable and fun event for everyone who attended (including the bride and groom). She, with her team and network, facilitated the search for vendors all the while fiercely representing and adhering to our preferences and equities, ranging from color, style, pricing, etc. Adrianne was the crucial presence the day of the event. She tirelessly worked to bring all the moving pieces and all the details come to life and managed day-of dynamics (and vendor deliveries/arrivals) fluidly and masterfully orchestrating the entire day. I trusted her with on-site artistic license and day-of/in-contact decisions and the results were spectacular - everything was perfect!!! (BTW- there was no rehearsal or walkthrough! She is that amazing!) As cost was one of my priorities, Adrianne was consistently mindful of all aspects of pricing. Along these lines, pricing of her and her team’s services is uniquely tailored to actual labor/effort hours — a remarkable value (especially when considering the high quality of work Adrianne provides). Adrianne is the quintessence of cool, calm, collected, and polished professionalism. She brings to bear years of experience wedding/corporate events and travel coordination. As well, she is a veteran with leadership and teamwork brio that adds a unique dimension to her approach to all her work. I could not have imagined a better person to have put the details of such a major day together with the finesse, style and perfection that she did.
