Introduction: Welcome to Movementality LLC! My name’s Julian and I am the head strength coach and CEO.
I have worked with hundreds of clients on weight loss, muscle gain, performance enhancement, and most importantly, balancing fitness with life. At my previous training position (24 Hour Fitness), I was servicing just over 100 sessions a month prior to COVID-19 and have a wide range of people I have helped improve their daily living.
I specialize in balancing a training routine with your everyday life and enjoy training those who want to move/feel like an athlete!

ABOUT MOVEMENTALITY
Movementality is a community that seeks to reach their mental and physical potential. We aim to provide guidance, inspiration, and education to everyone and anyone who is willing to take on the journey of an athlete.
Founded by Julian Talens in 2020, the idea of Movementality was forged from the fires of Julian’s health journey. Having struggled with being overweight, body image issues, and the underlying toxicity of the fitness industry, his undying hunger for growth was met with the growth nature found within strength and conditioning.

Every time you beat yourself up for not getting a workout in, or indulge a little bit too much in your food, that is what prevents you from getting to your fitness goals.
Reaching for new heights in anything requires the right mindset and the right methods. When an athlete loses a game, they don’t sit in it and allow that loss to eat at their brain. Instead, they take the time to look at what they did wrong, how they lost, and how they can improve so that the next match results in a victory.
This is where we come in. Not only do we provide you the best education in learning how to properly and safely workout, but we help you process through any mental roadblocks you may have. We focus on changing your perspective and guide you to take it to the next level.
