FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary depending on which location the client prefers to meet at. The price for in-home/mobile personal trainer will be a little more due to travel cost and time but it may offer convenience and privacy for the client. Prices at Müv Fitness will definitely be more affordable per session since it is smaller. With that said, at Müv Fitness, I can provide more services in nutrition, supplementation, body assessments and accountability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This will also vary depending on which location we are meeting at. I usually like to use the first sessions for movement and body assessments, goal planning and nutrition/meal planning. After we have both gotten to know each other and have a good roadmap to achieve your goals, we can start getting into more tailored and individualized workouts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I attend conventions and workshops multiple times per year. I read new studies and articles. I am certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise. I spent two years studying Pilates in a college setting under Balanced Body curriculum. I am currently studying to become certified as a Strength and Conditioning Coach through the NSCA. After that, I plan to add a pre/post natal certification
