- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My prices are very reasonable and very competitive in the market. I usually require a half down prior to work and the remainder after. I don't charge extra for any minor edits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?If local, I prefer to meet up the first time in order to have a solid introduction and understanding of what you need, especially if you have 0-2 experience and/or no prior resumes done. The rest of the work can be done either through few more meet ups and/or online, whichever the client prefers. I prefer to meet up with clients around my area though, which is in Irvine CA For remote clients, email and Thumbtack is preferred. I have lots of clients that are comfortable with email correspondence, and I am pretty quick at responding. If I am not able to complete the job that day, I am pretty good at updating clients with current status.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am full-time Design Engineer--I work during the day and I usually work on resumes at night.
