They responded quickly to my termite issue. All my questions were answered and sound advice given. There was never any hard sale or pressure regarding their services. After the thorough inspection and discussion regarding the nature of our problem we agreed on a treatment plan and it was carried out immediately the same day. The pricing was fair and quality of service superb. I had two prior inspection from the big name companies and was glad I didn’t go with one of them. In summary I highly recommend them for your extermination needs.

TEN stars for this company! They answered right away and I was lucky enough to get an estimate the same day. I’ve been living with termites for too long and did not want to tent. Johnny explained thoroughly the process he recommended and the job was done quickly and efficiently. I am extremely pleased… and got a few cooking tips from Johnny!

This is a truly professional company from the start to the finish they took every precaution and made sure that my family was safe during these tough times but ultimate termite control had the job covered and did an excellent treatment and also provided a warranty with a service to back up their work these guys are hard to find these days and I would recommend giving them a call

Juan arrived on-time and with a pleasant, professional attitude. He surveyed the entire house (2-story) for termites plus under crawl space to check for subterranean termites. He was very thorough and he thoughtfully explained every aspect of what he was doing and what he found. His system treats (kills) termites and then he injects (through series of drill holes which he then repairs) borax-based foam that spreads to prevent new buggers from returning. This is termite season - I would recommend using this company (ask for Juan Vasquez) - at least put it in your phone contacts for a time when you will need it! Five-star service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had swarming sub terranean termites, Ultimate Termite by far the best inspection and most informative, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and they did exactly what they said they were gonna do.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We love to give fair pricing to all of our customers and even discounts to people who have served our country or have reached the sweet age of 50 years old however we are not able to give any accurate pricing over the phone without inspecting the property first some homes have been neglected for many years. We start with all customers on a new foot regardless of the condition of the property

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Everything for us starts with a phone call after we greet each other on the phone and trade information we will set up an appointment to arrive at the property to start our initial inspection, which consists of walking around the perimeter of the property, checking the attic crawl space, and also checking the garage, after that we are able to give you an estimate and a layout of what’s going on with the property, also what damage we have indicated and marked down and anything else that may be of a concern to you.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Our team has collectively over 274 years of experience and the owner alone has 34 years in the industry the co-owner has 30 years in the industry and each of the employees all hold over 10 years in the industry, our entire team takes continuing education classes on a yearly basis, we are continuously learning new applications and techniques to provide customers the best experience and result on the market.
