Introduction: I believe that parent involvement is key to a child's success. After each tutoring session, I update parents on what concepts, strategies, and skills were covered. In addition, I model fun academic games parents can engage in with their child to reinforce the concept, strategy or skill at home.

Annie has been with us for almost a year. My daughter has gone from a C/D student to an A/B student. She has become more confident and independent in her school work. I am extremely pleased with Annie and would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Ms. Annie has been working with my 3 year old daughter for 1 year teaching her the alphabet in an engaging manner using "letter puzzles," cut outs, and other paper based activities. Additionally, she keeps the excitement level high via her upbeat personality. She is easy going with young toddlers (I often hear several squeals of laughter) and ensures several opportunities for play time amidst learning.

I have a 4th grader boy who needs a patient tutor. Annie is a very warm, patient and responsible teacher. She is always on time for tutoring. She understands my son very well and tries to help what my son needs. Having a right tutor is not easy. I feel that my son is very lucky to meet Annie.

Annie was amazing with my 2.5 yr old daughter. In one afternoon, she had her make more progress in reading and arts & crafts than we had made in months! By the end of her session, our daughter was making letters, cutting and pasting, and creating her own "books". It was amazing! We can't wait to have Annie back for more sessions.

Annie has been tutoring my 4th grader with reading and comprehension skills. Annie has tailored each session to focus on my daughter's strengths and weaknesses, based on grade-appropriate assessments. Her one-on-one interaction is invaluable, as I have already seen an improvement in the way my daughter approaches reading, as well as in her level of comprehension. Annie has been a perfect match for our daughter because of her ability to communicate in a kind and friendly way. She is extremely knowledgable, professional, and personable!
