Offered tank type water heater or tankless and was very knowledgeable, so chose tankless with his advice. Prompt install and haul away. Just waiting on city inspection now. Really professional and did the install in just a couple of hours. Very pleased with Eric’s friendly, efficient, and prompt service. I think the Noritz gas tankless version he recommended is the best choice for us. Minimal modifications to venting, water, or gas lines and the unit is very compact. Well worth it
