Introduction: I offer beginner to advanced yoga instruction in and around Irvine, CA. I have my 200-hour certification from Lex Gillan at The Yoga Institute in Houston, TX. Having grown up doing gymnastics (as well as volleyball, soccer, basketball, track, crew), I started doing yoga 15 years ago for injury and pain management.
I'm currently training for a half marathon and yoga helps me strengthen my core and recover after long runs. I'm fairly new to teaching but I'm excited to share my experience with others.
