(And they have done so. ;) ) I have 10 years' experience as an attorney and handle family law, civil litigation, and personal injury. I have handled family law matters involving families from all walks of life, with atmospheres ranging from total agreement to extreme acrimony and physical violence. I have handled a wide variety of civil litigation cases, one of which involved claimed damages of over $1 million, involving contracts, fraud, and real estate, among others. As to personal injury, in Honolulu I wrote a 16-count complaint against Dog the Bounty Hunter. Portions of the complaint were quoted in the Honolulu newspapers and were picked up by wire services around the world. The case resolved prior to trial. I love working with clients and getting the best result I possibly can. If the case is best suited to amicable negotiation, that is how I will proceed. If the case requires a more hard-nosed, unyielding attitude, that is what will happen.
