We contracted with Williams Landscaping for our front yard makeover. We interviewed three landscaping companies and selected Scott because of his vision for implementing what we wanted, his professionalism to get things done as per our timetable, the cost of his proposal, and his recommendation from Armstrong Nursery. They did the "demo" of our existing landscaping in two hours including having to pull out a pretty large palm tree with a strong root system. Scott helped us select and arrange for delivery the flagstones for our walls. And was thorough and professional putting in our plants, the walls, and the drip irrigation. Scott followed up with me a week later to ensure everything was working (irrigation) and that we were satisfied. There was one isolated section of irrigation that needs to be adjusted and we have made plans to get that taken care of. The bottom line is that we recommend Williams Landscaping to anyone else.

Quite pleased with my putting green and Landscaping !! William's Landscaping did a awesome job in beautifying an area I thought was impossible to create. Without Scott's vision, this area would have remained just part of my hillside -- dirt filled with scattered ground cover. Truly a beautiful site. It's loved by all my family, friends and even our dogs. Thank you !

I wanted quotes to repair my sprinkler system. It was my first usage of Thumbtack. I got three replies, two said they needed more information, Williams said $260 for an audit which included checking pressure, adjusting sprinkler patterns, clearing stuck heads and giving recommendations. Through Thumbtack, I explained to Mr Williams that what I wanted was an estimate for repair and wrote my guess of the number of sprinkler heads that needed repair. He wrote that he would need to see the job site to give me a proper estimate. I also had another firm came out and spend about an hour going over my system to gave me an estimate, no charge. Mr. Williams spent less time, gave me an estimate about 2 1/2 times what I expected and charged me $260 for an "audit". I contacted Thumbtack, they were no help and basically said "buyer beware". I will not be using Thumbtack in the future.

Vance and I spoke twice and I explained in detail what my service included and the $260 cost. When I arrived at my scheduled time a very nice lady greeted me, Vance was unable to be there. I did a detailed evaluation of the front and back yard system and was on site for over an hour. I ran the system and showed the lady all my findings that supported my report I emailed to Vance for review. I noted the $260 would be put towards any repair work he decided to do and my audit at that point was free. I was clear from the start and sorry their was any confusion.

Graduate of University of Arizona with majors in horticulture and agronomy. I stay current attending seminars and conferences, nearly 50 hours annually
