Introduction: I teach a hatha vinyasa flow to those new to yoga as well as more experienced students. I focus on proper form and alignment while flowing through yoga poses to stretch and strengthen the entire body. It's a great way to improve flexibility, posture, strength, and balance, while toning and reducing stress. I can customize the workout to include body sculpting or hiking.

Love her classes. Challenging with a good mix of stretching, difficult poses and even some focused ab work towards the end of class. Perfectly paced.

I love taking Tina's yoga classes. I find them to be invigorating with the perfect balance of challenge. I leave energized and ready to conquer my day. Tina has a natural zen which shows while she teaches her vinyasa yoga flows. If you are looking for a warm inviting environment with.
