- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary from, per hour, or per student. I've never had pricing issues, because my prices are calculated based on (travel) distance, handout material, number of hours or students, issuing of certificates or OSHA Cards, food allowance, lodging, etc. My prices are "competitive market prices", but are much less than University Pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) I respond to a customer requesting a quote 2) Customer views my profile, then contacts me via phone or email 3) We make arrangements for whatever training my customer needs 4) Training is delivered, payment is due after training, customer receives cards 5) Everyone is happy!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed, and certified by the American Health & Safety Institute. It is equally, and widely recognized as the American Red Cross, and the American Heart Association. Every quarter, I enroll on "OSHA Update" courses to stay on top of my field, and pass on my updated material to employees when conducting trainings. I maintain a close relationship with OSHA personnel at Cal State University Dominguez Hills.
