Frank came out the same day. We were told by our water heater company that a part was not working yet when he installed it, he noticed that it was another issue. He agreed to send me an invoice so we could speak with the realtor about reimbursement since their company installed a valve incorrectly. We appreciated Frank’s care and knowledge.

Norman came and replaced a kitchen faucet that had a hose leak and had not been replaced in 15 years. he also replaced my restroom faucet. Why Hire him than another plumbing service company? 1.He does Quality work 2.He is a very patient man, had he not been patient my dad would have been yelling all over the place. 3. his prices are very reasonable 4. he just seems to love what he does and help others out, but nothing is FREE! obviously. Definately will recommend him to other people in need of plumbing service!

Hector made several electrical and plumbing repairs/installations at our home (inside and out), which included rewiring the recessed lights in the ceiling (which were flickering) and related drywall repair as well as repairing a leaking toilet. He also fixed a short in our bathroom light fixture, replaced a sprinkler valve and installed a new shut-off valve on an exterior copper pipe leading to the sprinkler valve. Additionally, Hector kindly offered to replace an electrical outlet and fix loose electrical outlet boxes for only the cost of parts. Hector is respectful and a mild-mannered professional. We have several other home improvement projects in mind and look forward to working with him again in the near future. Honest + Reasonable Prices + Quality Work = Highly Recommended!

Sam did a great job of installing a replacement exhaust fan and 4 electrical outlets at a very reasonable price. Came up with alternative solutions to our current electrical needs and for tomorrows needs. Definitely use him for future projects.

Billy absolutely saved the day!! After speaking on the phone Billy was at the apartment within the hour. He figured out the problem and even went to far as to clean the floor of the water from the leak. He also sent a camera down the pipes so we could see what the problem was. Billy was so lovely and made what could have been a very stressful day, a slight hiccup in my morning plans. I would definitely recommend Billy to my friends

We called Expert One Plumbing with a list of several Plumbing jobs to be done, including: installation of a dishwasher, snaking a drain, changing a sink drain, installation of a shut-off valve, replacing a length of copper pipe that was corroded, removing 2 old hose bibs and installing new hose bibs, camera inspection of main drain. This work was done over 2 days. They arrived on time both days. The work was done to our satisfaction.

James, came in and saved the day after a very disappointing encounter with another company on this site (noted in his review as well). James not only made my job easier as a property manager with many tenants but he coordinated the everything meticulously on an install of a new heat Pump unit in a downtown loft. Very professional and easy to work with.

Hi, I’ve been in the property management industry for many years and have used Drain-aid plumbing for slap leaks-clean-out replacements-main drain leaks- interior wall plumbing leaks just to name a few. I have found Rick to come up with many solutions do fix or repair these plumbing issues at the lowest cost possible and less expensive than any other plumber. Once I had a large slap leak in the hot water line of a three bedroom apartment. The leak was found to be in two different locations one in the kitchen under the tile flooring and another across the living room mid-way. The bids to repair this issue came in at 2,600.00 and then we would need to repair the concrete and re-lay the tile floor in the kitchen. Additionally, in the living room the concrete flooring would need repairing and the carpet repaired or replaced. This would be additional costs for us on top of the 2600.00 dollars. While this was going to be an expense job, this did not even address the inconvenience to the resident for two days. Rick came and looked at the job and said the best way to fix this issue was to re-route the plumbing line overhead and just re-pipe the hot water line. While no one thought of this or offered by the other plumbers. Rick solutions saved us money and extra repair to our floors and even down time for the residents. Rick completed this job in one day at a total cost of 2,100.00. What a great solutions this was. Drain Aid Plumbing is a small family plumber and I have seen him save the company I worked for hundreds of dollars many times. He looks out for his customers and thinks out of the box when serving up a solution to fix plumbing issues. He just not one of those company’s out to fill their pockets. He really will save you money each time you might have a plumbing problem. Check this company out or call them for a solution to your problem and find out what I have experienced.
