What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are charged on a sliding scale based on ability to pay of $85 to $150 per hour. For standardized on-going work such as accounting we could agree to a project-based fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process would differ depending on the clients needs. An initial phone call to go over your general goals and project overview. Most of my work is done by phone or remotely but some projects that need on-site work such as accounting, finance and taxes would have in-person meetings to complete the work requested.

I am continually training in many areas to stay current on new and trending topics my clients may need.
