I have done high-end catering for a combined total of 5 years now, at vineyards, country clubs, high-end federal government functions, music venues, and private residences, in Virginia, Washington, DC, and now San Diego, CA. I started worked with Adrian since moving to San Diego, and I am continually impressed by the entirety of his operation, from start to finish. Adrian's dishes are absolutely exceptional, his operation is seamless and seemingly effortless, and his poise and professionalism are shadowed only by his genuinely charismatic personality. I strongly recommend Infusions Food Design for any event, and I would simply recommend getting to know Adrian, as he is a pleasure to be acquainted with.

Adrian food was superb! The appetizers were amazing! My personal favorite was the twice cooked pork belly brochettes and my husbands' was a chorizo, caramelized onion & feta tart. The sit down dinner was phenomenal with a very tender and tasty Fillet Mignon with pink pepper sauce. The sweet ending was sensational with a great Sacher torte with homemade honey and cinnamon ice cream. Adrian has a great eye for detail, is very friendly and personable, and made our dinner very memorable. The food presentation was also fantastic! We will be using Infusions for all of our dinner and/or cocktail parties.

Adrian prepared a fabulous array of exotic heavy hors d'oeuvres, many with a Southeast Asian/fusion influence. The audience was a group of about 30 foodies, and they very impressed with the wide range of flavors and how unique the dishes were compared to most caterers. He presents well, was on time and delivered as promised. His historically interesting clientele created some buzz as well. Strong Recommendation!
