Iconic Management has been nothing short of stellar since we brought them on board to manage our HOA! They truly are a breath of fresh air with their service, fantastic vendors, huge amounts of patience (often times necessary in our HOA), significantly relevant experience, outstanding communication with the Board and homeowners, and individualized attention to our community and our property! They have held our hands through some turbulent times and well-earned accomplishments. Having them supporting us has proven to be an incredible benefit to our HOA. Our property manager has gone above and beyond to ensure that the Board is well equipped to handle all of the various situations that are bound to come it's way in an effort to always do what's best for the community. Iconic property management is a highly professional organization. They manage multiple units for me and the service has been flawless. In particular their property manager, Heather Carpenter, is one of the most detail oriented, organized, proactive, and responsive managers I have ever worked with in 7 years! She understand market trends, has established local relationships, and communicated efficiently with both tenants and landlords in the commercial and residential sectors. Absolute superstar! - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are a member of Community Association Institute for Homeowners Associations and ourmanagers hold designations of: CMCA and AMS. We are also a member of the California Apartment Association.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?When looking for a qualified property manager, look at their credentials, experience and knowledge base. Ask about their portfolio of properties and what sets them apart from their competition as their is truly a difference in hiring a real estate agent who does property management on the side and a professional property manager with credentials and specialized knowledge of their industry.
