- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 Set an initial 1-hour in-home meeting. 2 Tour the home and give insightful information on home values, how to increase value, and discuss eliminating time on the market. 3 Most importantly to find out if we can create and great working partnership to accomplish the goals at hand. 4 Being a contractor allows me to provide an all-inclusive service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1992 to present combined hands on experience in the field 26 years of home improvement experience allows me to give vision and introduce referrals as needed. 6 years originating and closing residential real estate home loans has qualified me to look at appraisals, make certain we are working with a qualified buyer, and talk intelligently to loan officers and their brokers about the loans they are providing. 10 years selling residential real estate and perfecting the systems currently in place to reduce the stress to Bay Area Home Sellers.

Getting started in the real estate business has been a natural progression over many years that I am truly thankful for and love the opportunity to really help people with one of the most important transactions of their lives.
