I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.
Allison is an exceptional yoga instructor! She is excellent at teaching any level student but especially great with beginners or people who think they are inflexible. She has a great understanding of the body and gives great alignment cues as well. I am also a yoga instructor and Allison is the first person I call to substitute my classes. She always does an excellent job!
Working with Amelia has been absolutely fantastic! I have enjoyed co-teaching yoga flows with her and developing our unique styles for approaching our personal practices. Katie was an awesome yoga instructor. I hired her on thumbtack because she reached out again after I received my offers and followed up to see if she could assist me with my goals. She understood I was new to yoga and wanted to get down some basics that would help me with some back issues before I braved a group setting. I didn’t want to be doing the wrong moves in a large class where the attention (and results) would be limited. We met once at a park and a few times at her place and she walked me through it with tons of patience and professionalism. I’m not the most flexible or coordinated, so her ability to guide me into the proper positions while making me feel comfortable speaks volumes of her teaching skills and yoga moves. Katie gave me volumes of knowledge to fast forward me into a life-long activity and I’m super grateful for all of her help.
Yoga with Supranee is very relaxing and the perfect way to wind down when you finish a work day - she is open to focusing on whatever anyone wants to focus us and makes sure all levels are able to practice. She has great energy and I look forward to future yoga sessions with her
I was brand new to Yoga. Before our first class, Emily sent me an assessment to be prepared for our class. Arriving on time and ready with mats, blocks and supplies, we began. I never had to ask questions as Emily walked me through every move. The hour flew by, I was given "homework" to practice for our next meeting. Emily followed up 2 times before we met again. I really think this will be great for me. Emily is great and so very patience. I hooked!

I currently go to Rachel for a private yoga sessions after being in an accident and spraining my spine. She really helped me regain my strength and this helped get rid of a lot of back pain that I was having. I developed more flexibility which has been so beneficial in easing any back pain. I see her 3 times per week and I began noticing my back tension releasing within the first few weeks with Rachel. She creates a safe space for you to ask questions and really dive deeper into your yoga practice. She was always punctual, kind and professional. I really appreciate her work and I highly recommend her services.
Being new to yoga myself, Rachel has been absolutely wonderful in introducing me to various yoga techniques and poses; ranging from relaxing stretches/easing localized muscle pain to more advanced muscle tone building poses. I've noticed my core strength and balance, particularly in the application of surfing and balance oriented activities, has been greatly improved. As each week progresses, each instruction has been tailored to my expanding abilities / improved balancing strength; all the while ensuring proper form/technique and most importantly from a place of encouragement and support. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you for all the work you've done for me!

I received both massage and yoga therapy from Alex and couldn't be happier with the treatment I received. He is an extremely intuitive therapist and is very sensitive to your specific aches and pains. I highly recommend Alex for both massage and yoga therapy!

Melissa was amazing! We hired Melissa to teach a morning yoga class for 10 ladies at my friend's bachelorette. She arrived right on time, despite the rain, with mats and props in tow, and led our group in an hour-long flow class. She was warm, confident, and fun - we all really enjoyed our session with Melissa. I would 100% recommend her to anyone!

Growing up with a brother with Fragile X(a genetic disorder), I understand some of the challenges these kids face. Through yoga, I work with music, games and textured toys to encourage joy and peace. I have taught adult restorative yoga classes at A Gentle Way Yoga in San Diego, Alma Latina Dance Studio, Kids Included Together (Vinyasa classes and kids yoga workshops), and currently teach Ohana (Family Yoga) at HAPA Yoga in San Diego.
