Latest Review: ObI asked for a deep tissue massage. I always get frustrated because no one can give enough pressure for the entire hour. But I need it deep and other areas I just need swedish massage. Karen did it all! I can not tell you how incredible her massage was. You just have to experience it to believe how skilled she is in technique and her hands just seemed to know every area I was in need. She did not miss a spot. If you are looking for a thorough massage, where you need more pressure say here then there. This girl has magic fingers. I felt NO pain for days after her massage. She also is good with the feet knows reflexology, and the cupping was awesome. I am having her come weekly. Nothing at all in my life makes me feel better then one of Karen's sessions. If you want your money's worth, and the best massage YOU can EVER get. Man, don't waste your money. Hire this Lady. She has over 20/30 years of experience. She knows the body she know where to go. Make her your masseuse, However don't take my weekly times away from me! All I can say is "Oblivian". and she is on time and empathetic and a real person. Easy to feel comfortable. I can not say enough! THANK YOU KAREN! Josh L.

Latest Review: I love how the therapists listen to your needs and know if your massage should be relaxation, therapeutic or a combination. I enjoy my facials and love the fact I get educated on home care. I have fallen asleep with both massages and facials. Everyone is very accommodating and personable. I love the infra red sauna for detoxing, pain, burning calories and overall relaxation. I like that they have prices for everyone's budget. Small and quaint, Spa 33 is the place to be!

Latest Review: Where to start. When I first started with James my mobility in hips, hamstrings and back was laughable for considering myself an athlete. Within 2 weeks I felt more confident in my body to perform at a athletic level. Now I feel better, stronger, and more flexible than ever. Each week my strength increases ! Best decision I made was to get a trainer, lucky it was James!! Thank you sir!!

Latest Review: David is amazing. I've had different types of massage with him. The 1-hour Lomi-Lomi massage is very relaxing and soothing. Lately, to help with my lower back pain, he does the dynamic mat massage. David finds points of tension/tightness and works on them specifically, while still giving me a full massage over 1 1/2 hrs. Sometimes the focus is on my legs, sometimes my upper back, etc., and he uses a variety of massage techniques to work his magic. I always feel healed when I leave, and my back problems are essentially gone. He's the best!
