I spent two hours at the property site and never went past the security fence. But by walking around the outside of the property and looking in I was able to make the assessment that I was hired to do about potential of the investment value. The customer NEVER showed up for the appointment but I still sent her a report of my findings. I was never paid for my report and, apparently, there was a misunderstanding of what her request of me entailed. I can only assume that she was displeased with the few negative aspects I noted about her property that I was hired to look at. No hard feelings from me and I wish her luck on her investment.
