- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every house is unique and has different requirements. It is impossible to provide a well-founded estimate without looking at the property and developing an individualized proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an HSR Certified Professional Home Stager and Redesigner and have completed the most comprehensive home staging and redesign certification course in the country provided by the Home Staging Resource. The HSR Certification program is accredited by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), the only third-party governing association for the home staging industry. Between a myriad of trainings, professional conferences and seminars, and keeping an eye on trends through many design outlets (magazines, web sites, etc.) almost every day includes an opportunity to learn something new.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have a degree in Theatre, and began designing costumes while in college. After renovating and selling two homes, I realized that I can utilize my passion for design and real estate by helping others achieve faster and more profitable sales.
