Excellent yoga class, very informative. Very pleased with how she instructed the group of 15+. Her sequence of yoga poses and stretches was exactly what we needed and asked for. Will definitely work with her again, highly recommend purefit yoga!

Deirdre is an amazing yoga instuctor!! Her classes are organized perfectly, in an organic flowing movement of poses, the difficult intersperced with more relaxing, and with constant attention to breathing. The total experience is much more than a great work out: it is so deeply and profoundly, therapuetically, relaxing. Yoga with Deirdre even melts old wounds and stress trapped in the body: really an amazing experience!!! Its FUN too because Deirdre's approach is so fun!! I recommend Deirdre very highly!!!!
I started practicing with Stephanie several years ago, and I was a beginner in yoga. Since then I have practiced yoga with many different teacher from all over the world, but I have not met anyone who teaches like her. Her style of teaching is truly nourishing for the body, mind and soul. If you have never practiced with her I would highly recommend it.
I have taken a number of classes with Kelly, and walked away from each session with clarity, calmness, lightness, and overall improved state of well-being. Kelly is thoughtful and purposeful in her flows and sequences, and has one of the most calming presences I have ever experienced. Her love for the practice of yoga is evident, and she is passionate about assisting people in their own journeys as well. Her classes have a positive and happy atmosphere, and I always look forward to furthering my practice under her guidance. Kelly is a bright light in the world, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have been able to practice with her.

I started yoga lessons with Adam because my blood pressure was elevated. I had read on his website that Raja yoga could be beneficial for lowering b/p and it was. For almost a year now I have been using the customized practice Adam developed for me. While I have attempted other types of yoga for over 15 years I never stayed with a practice because the postures were too painful. In addition to my blood pressure returning to normal I experience a deeper connection to my body.
Victoria was wonderful! She truly is an amazing yoga instructor. Very knowledgeable and professional with a unique energy. If we ever need a yoga instructor for future events, we know to contact her! We loved Victoria!
Justin is one of my favourite yoga teachers. His classes are varied and always interesting. While for me they are definitely challenging I always feel safe to push myself and perhaps try something new as Justin is always there to support and guide me through a pose or flow. He is super motivating, and while always professional there’s still room to have fun and laughter in the practice which for me, having been to some really serious, pretentious classes in the past is so refreshing. Not only will you have a really great practice but you can actually enjoy it and leave with a big smile on you face! Add to that, he’s just a really lovely person who I’m so pleased to have met. I would definitely recommend him - thanks Justin:-)
Madi is an EXCELLENT yoga instructor! She’s has planned my workouts with my weakness & strengths in mind, as I️ grow with time & experience. She is flexible with our appointment times in case of conflicts with scheduling.. She has that “Yoga” knowledge of all the poses and also interjects different styles in our workouts. From Vinyasa Flow to some Kindelini! I LOVE her zen & spiritual positivity that she brings to her teaching. She truly lives in that mindset! Very refreshing and relaxing. I already have gained flexibility & strength and muscle tone ,as I continue my private workouts. The largest importance of having private Yoga instruction, is having someone make sure of how you do your poses & that your positioning is correct so injuries can be AVOIDED. It is easy to take a group class and possibly injure yourself because you aren’t doing the correct pose. It’s so hard for an instructor to see how each member of a class is actually performing. Also in privates, you can move in levels of experience at your own pace, and have CUSTOM WORKOUTS based on ones needs. Possibly wanting an ENERGETIC workout to a STRENGTH or RESTORATIVE if needed for sore or achy muscles. I’m ADDICTED to this private class! Hard to give up when each workout can be customized as I️ grow!! TRY THIS INSTRUCTOR! So awesome !!

I had been wanting to try yoga for a long time unsure of what to expect and working with her has really helped encourage me to step out of my comfort zone and find some time to relax and try something new and enjoyable!She's very patient, knowledgable and has helped me find a new passion for Yoga.
I’ve now had the chance to work with Devon several times. My experience is that Devon is very knowledgeable about yoga and is a fine guruji. She has given me terrific instruction and her flow sequences are really original and very varied. I’ve taken a lot of yoga classes and she is really very, very good at what she does. A total pro. So if you are looking for a personal instructor who can teach you a lot, try Devon. She is the real deal.
Loved working with Annie!!! I have taken countless yoga classes before, but truth be told, never felt like I was doing much. Decided to try a private session with Annie to see if I could learn more. Total game changer! Little did I know, I've been doing things all wrong. Having Annie be able to show me the exact, correct form for each of the different poses we worked on was amazing! Just one session with her, and I felt like I could feel a difference!! Highly recommend private sessions or even get a couple friends together and have a group session with her!!
Have been working with Sierra for years and I really appreciate the range of exercises in her programs and her ability to adapt the training program based on injuries, strained or sore muscles or anything else life throws at you that may affect your workouts. Sierra has a really well-balanced approach to fitness, so it's great knowing that I'm not just getting stronger, but also building my cardio and keeping my flexibility.
My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of having Michelle teach us golden yoga using a chair for balance. We loved it and my friend this was her 1st time and she wanted to sign up when we got back to Wisconsin. Michelle was very mindful of our short comings and helped us feel good about what we were doing. We love her!!
We had a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette party in Malibu! I am so happy we selected Stacey to instruct yoga on the beach!! She was incredibly quick to reply, professional and prompt! We were mostly beginners and wanted to have a casual yoga session! She was very detailed in the movements/practice but at the same time tailored the class to her audience and kept it very lighthearted. Loved her jokes ;) At the end, she provided the bachelorette with a card congratulating her on the upcoming wedding! What a thoughtful touch! Too bad she didn't live in Texas otherwise I'd def be using her more! Thank you again Stacey for such a wonderful morning!
I have been trying to get into the whole Yoga thing to help with a shoulder injury but never was motivated to pull the trigger. However, taking a private yoga class on the beach next to the Santa Monica pier had my interest a little more piqued. Dianna's instructions were great and made me feel like it was ok to be an beginner. She explained the overall themes of practicing Yoga, a little yoga history (which was cool) as well as breaking down all the positions pretty seamlessly. Overall, it was a great experience and a great workout as I was sore the next day which was quite surprised about since I frequent the gym on a regular basis. Lastly, she peppered in (food pun intended) some nutritional ideas to go along with the Yoga experience which I thought was pretty cool. I highly recommend Dianna as teacher as it seemed like a unique type of experience and her added knowledge of nutrition seemed like as great bonus.
Me and my husband have benefited greatly from Skye's classes. This is one of the best yoga classed you will ever take. She deals with the level your at and works with who you are. I feel so much more flexible. My husband would never do yoga before. Her meditations have changed our lives.
