VIP Cleaning did great work. They were very thorough in their cleaning. I could tell they know how to clean. Many of these cleaning sites do not even know how to clean but charge you a arm and leg. I definitely will recommend VIP and will be on their monthly list. Thank you VIP for your services

As home inspector, Mr. McClain,found a lot of problems a lot of other Inspector, I know for a fact, would have missed or overlooked. These were problems that a Realtor or Consumer would have could seen because they were above and under the surface of the dwelling. I wouldn't be able to resell it later on down the line without spending a lot of money for repairs. As a hard working consumer, in these days, I can not afford to waste or give away money on a bad a investment. I was very pleased with his professionalism and accuracy. Overall we had a great and professional service from Primex. When I sent out a request on thumbtack, Primex was the first company calling back within 10 minutes. And I guess that we were lucky enough that the inspector- Gio was around in our neighborhood; he came to do the inspection on the same day. The inspector was very patient explaining what he found as signs of termites' existence, what the solutions they had, pros and cons of the solutions, and etc. After the inspection, he sent a email with a report and a proposal in the afternoon. We were given enough time to think what solution we decided to go for. We liked not to be rushed, but to be reminded the following steps when we were too busy. About a week before the fumigation, Gio came to go through the contract, explaining pretty much verything and every questions I had to get us ready for the fumigation. On the day of the fumigation, I thought that I had bagged enough all the food and medicines that I needed. I though that I didn't need to bag the food in the fridge. Well,.....actually I was told that I needed to. However, Primex's people were very nice.....(I was tired of bagging and packing that time) helping me bagging the rest of the food in the fridge. So I could leave without worrying my undone work. After the fumigation was done, Gio came the following weekday to check and do the last liquid treatment on our fence. Fumigation sounds could be very stressful thing to do. But we were glade that everything went smoothly. Forgot to mention about the price...., we compared to terminix, it was about 20-50$ differences. So I guess that the price was reasonable. Grace from Redondo Beach

My wife and I were very fortunate and blessed to have Chris as our agent. Being that this was our first foray into real estate (we had always rented before), we weren't sure what we were getting ourselves into. We had an idea and a vision of a home of where our family would be able to grow into but had no idea how to set everything in motion. Enter: Chris. He was referred to us by a mutual friend and was engaged from the very beginning. He listened to our wants and needs (e.g., location, schooling, price, amenities, etc.) and only showed us listings that matched our criteria. We immediately felt we were in good hands. Each house selected based on our preferences. We were, however, on the picky side. Nothing really wow'd us. And Chris understood. He told us that it is has to be the right home and that this kind of stuff takes time. So he persisted with us for nearly five long months. We found our dream home in July and closed on our home in mid-August. Chris was there every step of the way providing helpful insight and guidance throughout the home-purchasing process. He was there to advise us through negotiations, contract signing, and closing. He was available around the clock to answer our questions on disclosures and other important paperwork. He walked us through timelines and key deliverables so we never missed a deadline. Even now, two months removed from the closing date, I still pester him with questions and emails about home ownership and he responds with clear answers and helpful advice. Chris will take care of his clients before, during, and after the entire process. Something I truly appreciate. TL:DR: Chris makes the home-purchasing process as easy and seamless as possible. I would say we had a fairly smooth escrow process in large part because Chris was very proactive in his approach. He's smart and knows all the ins and outs of real estate. If you want an agent that'll work for you and make sure you're happy with your home, go with Chris. You won't regret it.
Michael and Monique were extremely helpful getting my house rented out while I am working overseas.
