Introduction: I have 23 years of direct management of accounting and operations for various S-Corporation-level professional services firms including law firms and architectural and engineering firms. I have supervised as many as 60 people at a time, managed international billing, banking and collections. I will work directly with your CPA and tax accountant on annual tax filings. I have managed shareholder agreements and buy-sell orders. I oversaw financial statement audits as well as managed the FAR (Federal Acquisition Audit) for all fee determinations with all federal departments and state DOTs. I am a certified trainer on Deltek Vision software. I am experienced in numerous different accounting and billing software programs from QuickBooks to PCLaw.
