- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat each client as though they were a family member who just needed some advice. we start by discussing their needs briefly over the phone to understand if we are the right fit. Then we meet in order to better get to know the client and their needs. We love hearing our customers ideas, project goals, and answering questions. When you work with us you become family we are there through start to finish. you could text us or calls anytime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every project we handle is different. That said, we make sure all our projects are finished within the agreed project timeline. This means that if we will have a big project, then we will make sure to have a big crew. Our operations do not permit us to sit on any project. All projects, big or small, are finished on time. Once we set a date, the entire company stands behind that date and will do everything and anything to meet the set goal. We are that kind of different.
