Latest Review: Aaron is an amazing trainer. He is very knowledgeable about fitness, health and healthy eating and lifestyle. Through training with him, I've lost 20+ pounds and hit fitness benchmarks that I never thought I could accomplish (like deadlifting 205 lbs). I've worked with two other trainers and Aaron has been the best all around trainer I've had. Aaron has helped me become more knowledgeable about health and fitness. With all these advertisements, products, diets and programs promising quick health results, Aaron has taught me the best practices for making lasting changes and how to be smart and critical of these mixed mainstream messages around health. I am so thankful to have him as a trainer. He has helped me develop goals and achieve them!
